Please be informed that the 2024 trekking rates have increased due to the higher permit entry fees and as part of efforts to manage the effects of inflation. This adjustment is intended to ensure fair remuneration for everyone involved. These rates are set by the ITGA–HPI Indonesia Guide Association, and all guides certified by this association are required to follow them. The updated pricing also supports fair competition among all agencies operating in Bukit Lawang.
