Day-by-Day Itinerary

Day 1, Into the Jungle
Depart Bukit Lawang village and enter Gunung Leuser National Park. Trek through dense rainforest with your guide, spotting wildlife along the way, orangutans, Thomas's leaf monkeys, hornbills, and more. Set up camp by the river for the night.

Day 2, Deep Jungle Exploration
Rise early and trek deeper into the park. This is your best chance to observe wild Sumatran orangutans in their natural habitat. Your guide will track movement and position you safely for wildlife encounters. Second night at a jungle camp.

Day 3, River Tubing Return
Morning trek back through the forest, followed by an exhilarating river tube ride downstream back to Bukit Lawang village. Transfer back to your accommodation.
